Instructions

Wash your face so your makeup doesn't clump. Apply some foundation closest to your skin tone color. Concealer helps with blemishes and under bags. Apply a thick line from the brow bone to the end of the lash line. Apply three coats mascara top and bottom. You can apply some neutral shadow, but that's your choice. Smack on some hot pink lipgloss.
